Welcome to a mindful hour with Rebecca!
Please note this event is for people who are signed up to Rise to Thrive in North Yorkshire. If you are not in work and not seeking work; aged 18-65 please drop us an email and we will refer you to a keyworker.
Join us on Tuesday, 30th September, from 10:00 - 11:00 for weekly mindfulness sessions designed to help you slow down and appreciate the present.
You can attend all the sessions or just drop into one; the other dates will be:
Tuesday 30 Sept 10-11
Tuesday 07 October 10-11
Tuesday 14 October 10-11
Tuesday 21 October will be in Scarborough 10-12 (if you cannot make this date we will invite you to another in person event where we can).
What we will do:
Using photography, poetry, and stories, we’ll explore mindfulness to build resilience.

Rebecca, a qualified mindfulness teacher, will guide you through:
- One-hour sessions

- Think clearly and focus easily
