Bitesize Training - The Cycle of Change and Families
- Date: Wednesday 17th September 2025, 10.30-11.30am
- Trainer: Lauren Booker
- Cost: £35 per person
In addition to our regular training, we are delighted to now introduce a series of 1-hour Bitesize training sessions to learn about key topics relating to families and substance use. These sessions are perfect for those who are interested to improve their knowledge understanding around families, drugs and alcohol, but unable to commit to a full-day.
Learning outcomes:
- State the stages of the Cycle of Change and their relevance to families affected by substance use.
- Support families to recognise ‘change talk’.
- Identify different ways in which family members can offer support to a loved one, dependent on where they are in the cycle.
This bitesize training takes places over Zoom, participants must be able to access Zoom to take part. Colleagues that register will be sent the Zoom link a week before the start of the training.
