Event description

Description

The Black Country Enterprise Adviser Network invites you to celebrate in the success of its first year

Since the programme started in 2016, this network, funded through the Careers and Enterprise Company, has engaged over 50 Secondary Schools and 50 Business Leaders to form a strong Black Country Network providing inspiration, support and guidance to schools with their Careers & Enterprise Strategy.

Join us on September 7th at The Black Country Living Museum as we will be showing our gratitude to our business volunteers for their tireless work and energy. We will hear from some of the schools and pupils who have benefitted from the work of the network this year and also listen to some of our Enterprise Advisers tell us of their journey as they showcase their work.

This event will start at 2:30pm with networking while you enjoy afternoon cakes and tea. Stewart Towe, chair of the Black Country LEP will then open the event with a thank you before we hear from our Enterprise Advisors and a selection of the schools they've worked with.

The event will finish with a tour of the Black Country Living Museum and traditional fayre served in the Bottle and Glass inn.

On site car parking is free for this event.
