Join Bekah from Earthchild Remedies for a gentle and nourishing morning of foraging, tea, and nature connection. This is part of the programme for the Black Farmers Market by Black Growth on Sunday 21st September 2025.
As the seasons shift into autumn, with the invitation to slow down and tend to the self, we’ll journey through Myatt’s Fields Park to meet the wild medicinal plants growing around us, and explore how they can support and nourish our bodies during this time of change.
Along the way, you’ll:
🌱 Learn how to safely identify and forage common herbs in your local area
🍵 Take part in a meditative tea tasting to deepen your connection with plants
💨 Experience simple breathwork to ground and restore your energy
🌿 Create your own herbal tea blend to take home
This will be a space to slow down, reconnect with the land, and begin your Sunday with intention, community, and care.
No prior knowledge is needed, just bring your curiosity and an open heart.
Location: Myatts Field Park (meeting spot shared after sign up)
Date: Sunday 21st September
Time: 11am-12:20pm
Cost: £10-`£20 sliding scale, kids under 14 go free.
