About Tony Warner

Tony Warner is the founder of Black History Walks a group which has been running walks, talks and films on the African/Caribbean history in London for the last 16 years. He is the author of Black History Walks volume 1, the first guidebook on the Black history in London’s streets.

The book can be purchased online from Jacaranda Books or Amazon. Tony is co author of the Pearson History GCSE exam textbook which is part-based on his Notting Hill walk. He is also chair of the African Odysseys programme which has been showcasing diaspora films for the last 16 years at the British Film Institute Southbank.
