Black History Month - Black People Do Yoga
Event Information
About this Event
Can you feel the love tonight?
Famous words taken from many a song.
But in right now, as a fellow yogi and yogini can you come with compassion and love, to your self and to your teacher?
Then come with confidence in your own uniqueness, never needing to emulate as is the western mindset, instead meditate on discovering your own unlimited talents.
Class Style:
This class is smooth and calm and breath focused.
The style is somatic, meaning feel based, as opposed to fast Vinyasa or Rocket methods.
Ubuntu - a special word from African Culture for affirming truth
I am ... (say your own positive affirmation at any time in your day)
