Who is this event for?

It is for those who are wanting to find out more about the support King's Trust provides young people and how we engage in communities across Birmingham. We welcome those who work with young people, in the community and young people themselves to attend.

Is there disability access?

Yes, there is access to a lift when you first enter into the building. Let us know when you arrive or you can email leadh.woolley@kingstrust.org.uk to let her know in advance.

Can I attend the vent anytime between 11.30am - 2pm?

The event will kick off with a short presentation and then there will be the opportunity to check out the young entrepreneurs businesses. We will also have some other interactive spaces to get involved with. If your not able to be there at the start, we would love to still see you at the event!

Welcome to the Black History Month Celebration with Enterprise Showcase!

The theme for this year is 'Standing Firm and Proud' a powerful tribute to the resilience, strength and unwavering commitment to progress that defines the Black community.

Join us at The King's Trust Birmingham Centre for a Black Pound style Enterprise marketplace to showcase young people who are starting up their business with the support of The King's Trust.

This event is a fantastic opportunity to meet young entrepreneurs who will be showcasing their businesses. We will also be sharing details about The King's Trust support for young people who are wanting to develop their confidence, get into work or start their own business.

Light african and carribbean refreshments will be provided during the event.

There is no parking on site, we are a 10-15min walk from Birmingham New street station. a 5 min walk from Birmingham Moor street station and a 5 min walk from The Bullring Shoping Centre.
