Event description
It's Black History Month! And iDNetworkUK will be debating it's impacts, relevance and future. Buckle up for another lively conversation!

About this Event

This month we are pleased to announce a joint collaboration with University of Birmingham!

The University of Birmingham's Career Network has partnered with iDNetworkUK for what promises to be an excellent BHM event; we can't wait to hear the next generation of professionals' views, as they join us to debate such a relevant and challenging topic.

We are pleased and proud to welcome University of Birmingham students' and graduates, as well as those from partner universities, UCB and Newman.

HOW DO IDNETWORK EVENTS WORK?

iDNetwork events are unique. As well as networking, we also have dynamic discussions with a hand-picked panel who discuss thought-provoking questions, that are focused on unpicking the nuances of being a Black Business Professional in the UK.

We then mix it up! And get everyone involved in the debate!

So, rather than waiting until the end of a session, we invite the audience to participate throughout the discussion. This creates energetic and respectful dialogue across the room, and often results in the sharing of interesting views and teachable moments.

This Black History month we have another brilliant panel:

- DEBORAH CADMAN OBE:

Chief Executive, West Midlands Combined Authority

- ELAINE CLOUGH:

Head of Development and Performance, West Midlands Police

- DANIEL STONE:

Project Manager, University of Birmingham
