What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 6:00pm. We recommend arriving between 6:00–6:15pm to get settled before the panel begins at 6:30pm sharp. Light refreshments will be available on arrival.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and accessible routes will be clearly signposted. If you have any specific access needs (e.g., BSL interpreter, mobility support, sensory-friendly spaces), please let us know when registering and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Will there be a quiet space available?

We are planning to make a designated quiet room available for any guests or panellists who may need a moment to decompress or prepare. We prioritise neurodivergent inclusion and understand the importance of sensory-friendly environments.

Will there be food and drink?

Light refreshments will be served. We’re aiming to provide options that cater to vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. Please indicate any allergies or dietary requirements in your RSVP.

Will the event be recorded?

Yes, we intend to record key highlights of the panel discussion and ask willing attendees for their thoughts and opinion of the event at its close.

No need. We’ll have a guest list at the door. Just bring yourself (and maybe a friend if they're on the list too).

Are there any age restrictions?

This event is open to all ages, and we warmly welcome attendees from every stage of life. However, please note that if alcohol is served at any part of the event, it will not be available to anyone under the age of 18, in line with UK licensing laws. We aim to keep the space safe for all.
