Black Maternal Mental Health Week 2025 opens with a powerful evening hosted by The Motherhood Group.

This special launch event will spotlight the voices and lived experiences of Black mothers across the UK — revealing the realities of birth, motherhood, and mental health. Featuring women who have engaged with The Motherhood Group over the past nine years, the evening will offer honest and moving reflections that call for visibility, dignity, and systemic change.

The launch will be followed by a live conversation exploring what it truly means to be seen, heard, and supported as a Black mother in the UK today.
