Black Women in Leadership – A Conversation with Antonia Bright

Come join us for an inspiring event where we will be discussing the impact and importance of black women in leadership roles. Antonia Bright, a respected leader in our community, will share her experiences, challenges, and successes.

Antonia will be sharing her personal journey to the NEC and what it means to represent Black women members, who has inspired her the most growing up, and how role models shaped her journey, her priorities as the new NEC Black Women member and how we can all play a part in supporting one another.

We’ll also explore what Black History Month means to Antonia, how she connects with it, who and its importance in her work.

This interactive session will include time for audience questions and reflections. Open to all staff and students – come along, take part, and help build an inclusive space where voices are heard and represented
