On 20th October join us for an entertaining and fun evening where you will learn about (and taste) game of the highest quality, matched with fine wines.
Your evening will begin with a welcome glass of wine then you will proceed to our stunning dining room for a game master class and talk from Blackmoor Game. Chris our expert from Blackmoor Game will prepare venison, pigeon and partridge breast that will be on the menu whilst giving a question and answer session and talk on shooting!
Our Head chef Tristan Green will then prepare and cook the game, which you will enjoy over a 3 course dinner. With tastings and refreshments throughout the class of some of our fine wines from the berkman estate plus you will learn how to create some wonderful dishes that you can re-create at home.
