Cold dip option

Start point Blaen y Glyn lower carpark 10am - 4pm

Blaen y Glyn sits on the edge of the Brecon Beacons in the valley of Talybont reservoir. This region of Wales has more waterfalls per square mile than anywhere else in the country.

On this route walkers can enjoy many small and large fabulous waterfalls along the river descending from its source on Craig y Fan Ddu.

One steep ascent from the start to the summit of Craig y Fan Ddu 683m then along Waun Rydd 762m onto Carn Pica before the waterfall descent begins

Checklist - walking boots, waterproofs, backpack, food & fluids, walking pole(if required) and swimming gear if you wish to join us for a dip
