Sign up to our virtual antenatal Solihull course that takes place over 6 weeks (1.5 hours per week) and is completely free.

This course is for those who would like to learn more about pregnancy, your developing baby, brain development, relationships, giving birth and what to expect when your baby arrives. A midwife will be present for two of the sessions to help you understand the signs and stages of labour, birth positions and pain relief.

I t is recommended that the mother should be 20+ weeks pregnant to attend the course. Partner, relative or friend are more than welcome. Booking onto the first session will automatically secure your space for the full 5 weeks, please see the below dates.

Cwrs Gwybodaeth Cyn Geni - Rhithwir

Mae Cwrs Cyn Geni Solihull yn rhad ac am ddim i ddarpar rieni, partneriaid, teulu neu ffrindiau.

Mae croeso i chi fynychu unrhyw sesiwn Cyn Geni ac/neu yng Ngwent; fodd bynnag, rydym yn eich cynghori’n gryf i fynychu yn y fwrdeistref yr ydych yn byw ynddi er mwn sicrhau eich bod yn derbyn y wybodaeth a’r gefnogaeth orau posib.

Cofrestrwch ar gyfer ein cwrs cyn geni Solihull rhithwir sy’n cael ei gynnal dros 5 wythnos (2 awr bob wythnos). Mae’r cwrs yn rhad ac am ddim.

Mae’r cwrs yma ar gyfer y rheiny sy’n dymuno dysgu mwy am feichiogrwydd, eich babi sy’n datblygu, datblygiad yr ymennydd, perthnasoedd, rhoi genedigaeth a’r hyn i’w ddisgwyl ar ôl i’ch babi gyrraedd. Bydd bydwraig yn nau o’r sesiynau er mwyn eich helpu i ddeall arwyddion yr esgor, a bydd yn cynnig cyngor ar yr enedigaeth a lleddfu poen.
