Event description
This webinar looks at how personal bias can impact our ability to line manage others fairly and the skills needed to be inclusive.

About this Event

Bias and prejudices can impede progression in the workplace by seeping into the key area of line management.

Inclusive workplaces are key to better organisational performance, as they attract diverse talent, are more resilient, creative and dynamic and therefore better able to outperform competitors.

Many of us are still unaware of the different ways that our ingrained attitudes, behaviours and biases can show up when we manage others and lead teams, and what we can do to check them.

Join Spot The Gap founder, Alex Marshall, for this informational webinar, which includes:

  • An introduction to different types of unconscious bias in the workplace
  • The key ways that bias and prejudices can impact our ability to line manage others fairly
  • Four areas you can address to ensure you are creating an inclusive culture within your team that allows everyone to fulfil their potential

The webinar is informational in format and includes time for Q&A.

Please note this webinar does not include any formal unconscious bias training.
