What you don’t see about yourself can hold you back as a leader.
And it turns out that we’re often not great judges of ourselves, even when we think we are! Sometimes we’re simply unaware of a behavior or trait that’s causing problems, but on other occasions, where we see normal, even effective, behavior, others see tremendous deficits. Bottom line: Until we uncover these blind spots, we can’t move forward.
On September 29, clinical psychologist and business coach Martin Dubin, author of Blindspotting will join us in London to talk about his practice, and show us how we can learn to do our own “blindspotting” and improve our leadership skills.
In this session, Martin will share six types of blind spots, helping us understand the process through examples of clients whose own blindspotting enabled them to unlock higher performance and stronger leadership.
The event will be introduced and moderated by Dimitrios Spyridonidis , Associate Professor of Leadership and Innovation at Warwick Business School.
I hope you can join us!
