May Antenatal Classes

Join us for our May Antenatal Classes at Tesco Extra! Whether you're a first-time parent or adding to your family, these classes are perfect for getting you prepared for the big day. Our experienced midwives will cover everything from pregnancy, labour and birth to newborn care. Don't miss out on this opportunity to ask questions, meet other expectant parents, and gain valuable knowledge. Our hybrid classes will include 3 in person sessions and 2 optional online hypnobirthing sessions as well.

Who are the classes for?

Anyone who is expecting a baby in Ayrshire! These classes combine antenatal education and hypnobirthing. We would suggest booking the block when you are about 30 weeks pregnant.

Do I need to bring anything?

Nope, just yourself and a birth partner, you only need one ticket between you.
