S1 Introduction to Nvivo for PC users - Linda Leith - Thursday 26th October 5-6.30pm. Room Lf18 (IT)

This workshop will provide an introduction to the powerful software tool NVivo on a PC NVivo is a qualitative data analysis (QDA) computer software package designed for qualitative researchers working with rich text-based and/ or multimedia information, where deep levels of analysis are required. In addition to this workshop, there is a comprehensive range of information, tutorials, webinars, and handbooks for NVivo available on Blackboard and at http://www.qsrinternational.com. If any research student has an NVivo project they want to bring and work with then they can do so, and Linda will do her best to help guide them if they have any specific questions. Please note this session is very much an introductory session for beginners and first time NVivo users

This workshop will provide an introduction to the powerful software tool NVivo on a Mac computer. NVivo is a qualitative data analysis (QDA) computer software package designed for qualitative researchers working with rich text-based and/ or multimedia information, where deep levels of analysis are required.
