The course includes:
• One-to-one training on the validated soft embalmed Thiel cadaver - A durable, life-like simulator for UGRA.
• Constant one-to-one block supervision by top UK experts.
• No lectures - all hands on experience with experts. You choose the blocks (5 recommended) you want to practice.
• Perform at your own pace for maximum benefit and outcomes.
• Guaranteed 7 hours block instruction on cadavers plus - 3 hours scanning on volunteer models with interactive teaching.
• Unique performance feedback to delegates using eye tracking, head and hand motion analysis and psychometric feedback.
• Mastery learning and deliberate practice with formative feedback.
• Psychologists and simulation engineers in attendance to measure your performance using eye tracking measurement of learning curves.
• Augmented reality thoracic epidural/lumbar plexus training.
• Needle tracker technology.
• Module approved by the first higher degree qualification in Regional Anaesthesia, Norwich Medical School at the University of East Anglia.
• Approved by EDRA.
• CPD points approved by the Royal College of Anaesthetists.
