What is Blood on the Clocktower?

Blood on the Clocktower is a hidden-role game based on logic and social cues. A team of good players will share bits of information and try and piece together who can be trusted. Meanwhile a secret evil team will be spreading disinformation and killing off members of the good team.

So is it a board game? A tabletop RPG?
