🧘Meet Zhi Wei

Zhi Wei is a Chartered Physiotherapy and Pilates instructor who founded Physiolosophy. Physiolosophy focuses on improving your movement through emphasising and exploring your mind and body connection. Discover a Pilates flow you can incorporate into your daily routine to get you energised for the day. Even just 10 minutes of this in bed can make a noticeable, long-term difference.

🍓 Meet Amy

Amy is a certified Health Coach and founder of Amy Carter Health. Through her practice, she helps corporate professionals to improve their health, energy & stress management via simple (yet powerful) dietary & lifestyle tools. Amy is also a Diabetes Prevention Practitioner & Helath Coach for an NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme, so has a particular interest and expertise in blood sugar management.
