🌿 Bloom & Balance – A Six-Week Journey Back to Your Truest Self 🌿
What if you could step away from the rush of daily life and into a season devoted entirely to you?
A space to quieten the noise, release what no longer serves you, and gently grow into the fullest expression of who you are meant to be.
If you’re feeling stuck or uncertain about your next steps, if limiting beliefs or low confidence have been holding you back, or if you simply feel called to learn more about yourself, expand, and grow, then this journey is for you.
From the Autumn Equinox to the hush of early winter at Samhain, we will gather in a small, intimate group of no more than five souls, blending positive psychology, mindfulness, and coaching. Together we will explore the elements, using them as a framework for deep reflection, growth, and meaningful change.

• 6 x two-hour group sessions (Tuesdays, 7–9pm)
• 1 x private one-to-one coaching session
• Recorded guided meditations
• Journalling prompts and at-home activities, including creating a vision board
• Access to a private online community space
• Practical tools you can use for a lifetime

🌸 The Journey
Session 1 – BALANCE
We begin with an opening circle, sharing our stories and intentions. Through a guided future-focused meditation, we reflect on where we are now, explore themes of yin and yang, and gently uncover the areas we wish to nurture over the coming weeks.
Session 2 – FIRE
Ignite your inner strengths. Using a scientifically validated strengths survey, you’ll discover your top five strengths and learn how to apply them to every area of your life. You’ll leave with a strengths-based challenge to inspire the week ahead.
Session 3 – EARTH
Ground yourself with practical tools and mindful practices to meet overwhelm, fear, or self-sabotage with calm clarity. Guided breathwork and spiritual grounding techniques will help you anchor into your most steady and centred self.
Session 4 – WATER
Flow into a heart-led week of self-discovery, exploring your core values and what truly matters to you. This is a week of intuition, self-awareness, and deep listening – to yourself and to life’s currents.
Session 5 – AIR
With self-discovery as your foundation, we turn towards the future. Learn how to set meaningful, realistic goals and communicate them with confidence. A ‘best possible self’ visualisation will bring your vision into sharp, inspiring focus.
Session 6 – SOUL
We close with a reflective ceremony, celebrating your progress, revisiting your wellbeing check-in, and sharing next steps for accountability and support within the group.
Session 7 – BLOOM
Six weeks later, we gather again for a shorter follow-up – a joyful check-in to see how far you’ve come, which tools you’ve carried forward, and where your journey is taking you next.

👋🏼 Meet Your Host
I’m Kira – a professional wellbeing coach, positive psychology practitioner, and wellness event facilitator, with over 15 years’ experience in guiding groups and holding space for transformation. My work is rooted in authenticity, equality, community, and a deep connection with nature.
I bring a balanced approach: part science, part soul – weaving evidence-based tools with mindful practices, compassion, and a good dose of playfulness. My own strengths of gratitude, humour, social intelligence, forgiveness, and teamwork shape the way I hold this space: supportive, uplifting, and always encouraging you to see what’s possible.
