Bloom! Planting your Ideas

This event is aimed at those of you who are keen to take part in Bloom! - either by organising an event or testing your talents in the window dressing competition. Bloom! provides an ideal opportunity for retailers and restaurants in particular to showcase those hidden horticultural skills - whether it be in decorating doorways or combining flowers and food!
