Celebrate the season with us at this year’s Christmas Mixer! ✨ This in-person event will take place on Thursday, 4th December, from 6 PM to 9 PM at Everyman Cinema, St James Quarter.

Enjoy delicious refreshments, take part in festive activities including a fun quiz, and connect with fellow women working in marketing and communications.

Hosted by Bloom Scotland and The Women in Programmatic Network, and sponsored by St James Quarter, this event proudly supports Children First through their Christmas Appeal. Attendance is free, and guests are invited to bring a gift to donate.

A Gifting Tree will be on Level 3 to help ensure every child wakes up to a present on Christmas Day. Simply bring your chosen gift to Everyman, and after donating, you’ll have the opportunity to add a heartfelt message to hang on the Gifting Tree. Thank you for spreading kindness this Christmas and helping give children a safer, brighter future.

While all gifts are appreciated, Children First are particularly in need of presents for teenagers and older children, who are often overlooked.

Gift ideas requested by young people include:

• Vouchers for shops and experiences – cinemas, coffee shops, retail
• Make-up sets, brushes, jewellery, accessories, heatless curlers
• Toiletries and personal hygiene items
• Headphones
• Games or puzzles
• Pyjamas, cosy socks, branded socks
• Hats, gloves, and scarves
• Board games
• Arts and crafts activities
• Journals, notebooks, and stationery
• Lego, Play-Doh, sensory toys, and fidget toys
