BLOOM - Women's Wellbeing Day

Join us for a day of gentle, uplifting workshops to help you tap into your inner wisdom, feel good about your body, and increase your wellbeing and peace of mind.

Our Reading-based workshop leaders are:

Sonia Matthews - Feel Like a Goddess
Movement to make you feel beautiful. Stretch, work your core and have fun with dance moves that women have enjoyed for over 4000 years. A relaxing and healing experience.

Anna Higgs - Follow Your Heart
Creative meditations to remove inner blocks, get in touch with your true nature and unfold your next inspired actions to start creating a life you love.

Tessa Sanderson - Yoga and Inner Rhythms
Gentle yoga to reconnect with your body (suitable for those with some or no yoga experience). Also, an introduction to recognising and working with your unique energy cycles.

TICKETS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN ADVANCE via Eventbrite - numbers are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
Yoga mat
A packed lunch (teas and break-time snacks will be provided).
Notebook and pen
Water bottle
Your own mug
When not moving, we will be sitting or lying on the floor so bring cushions, blanket and anything else you may need to feel warm and comfortable.

WHAT TO WEAR
Comfortable clothes you can move in e.g. yoga trousers, leggings, tracksuit bottoms, t-shirt
Cardigan/jumper for keeping warm during meditation
