As we come to the end of 2025, many of us are carrying stories, lessons, exhaustion, growth — and everything in between.
Before we step into a new year, The Abundant Woman invites you to a gentle, grounding, and reflective virtual session designed to help you reset your mind, nourish your wellbeing, and enter 2026 feeling centred, intentional, and empowered.
Blooming into 2026 is a 90-minute guided experience created especially for women who:

Reconnect with yourself and set calm, loving energy for the session.
Guided reflection exercises
Look back on your year with compassion — what shaped you, what strengthened you, what you’re ready to release.
Mini teaching: Women’s wellbeing & renewal
Practical, holistic tools to support your mind, body, and hormonal health as you enter 2026.
Journaling prompts & quiet reflection time
A printable workbook will be provided to help you capture your thoughts, insights, and goals.
Community sharing (optional)
