Overview

The Bloomsbury Round Table on Individual differences research in applied linguistics with Masterclasses is an two day, annual, international event, hosted by the Centre for Multilingual & Multicultural Research at Birkbeck College, where researchers at different stages of their career are invited to present the latest work in the broad fields of Language, Communication and Cognition. In 2018, the Round Table's theme is "Second Language Acquisition". On this, the first day of the event, two plenary speakers, Prof. Ema Ushioda (University of Warwick) and Prof. Pavel Trofimovitch (Concordia University, Canada) will make their plenary speeches. There will also be presentations by Birkbeck students.

This workshop is open to all postgraduate researchers with an interest in Second Language Acquisition.
