This online conference will reflect on knowledge exchange and lessons learned from three years of The Bloomsbury SET Knowledge Exchange programme.

Day 1 - Tuesday 25th May – 11:00am to 12:30pm (BST)
Collaborating not Competing – Connecting Higher Education Institutions (HEIs)
Knowledge Exchange professionals will present their experiences of the barriers and enablers to collaboration, focusing on solutions and best practice. How can HEIs broker sustainable relationships and create serendipitous connections that lead to sustainable collaboration, particularly in the current online context? What are the challenges to capturing impact and evaluating Knowledge Exchange across institutions?

Presenting current case studies, this discussion will focus on the elements needed to create sustainable partnerships with industry. What are the pillars for a successful Knowledge Exchange ecosystem? How can culture clash between HEIs and industry be better understood?

What added value does participation in large-scale Knowledge Exchange programmes provide organisations and academics?
