Blossoming: A three-part journey from winter into spring

Join Jemma, counsellor and creative facilitator, for a three-month exploration of growth and renewal. Blossoming invites women and non-binary folks to move gently from winter into spring — tending to what’s been buried, softening old survival strategies, and nurturing new shoots of authenticity.

About the series

Across three months — 10th January, 7th February, and 14th March (09:30–12:30) — we’ll move together through a creative and reflective process that supports you to restore your inner resources and build self-trust.

Each session combines guided reflection, creative exercises (journalling, collage, and more), and gentle group sharing. Together, we’ll create a space for both individual and collective growth — a place to listen inwardly, connect outwardly, and root into what feels true.

This ticket includes all three sessions, offering continuity and community across the full journey.
