Description

Worthing Film Club are thrilled to collaborate with Films of the Gallery Wall again to present Michelangelo Antonioni’s iconic Blow Up (1966), at Worthing photography studio Subway EPS. Blow Up was Antonioni’s first English language film, and is widely considered to be a defining film of the 1960s. The story follows Thomas (David Hemmings), a bored wealthy fashion photographer, whose life is re-awoken when taking photos of a couple in a park, and believes he’s stumbled across a murder.

“A prize ’60s artifact, Michelangelo Antonioni’s what-is-truth? meditation on Swinging London” – Village Voice

“If you’ve never seen Blow-Up, see it now, if only to see what part of the world was like 40 years ago.” – Observer

Your ticket price includes a craft beer and snacks.
