I bought a ticket but I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?

It is Carousel's policy to allow refunds up to the time that sales for the event stop (an hour before doors). We cannot offer a refund after the event has taken place, except under extenuating circumstances.

What is the relaxed hour between 6pm and 7pm

This is a dedicated time where lights and music are reduced to accommodate individuals with sensory sensitivities or a preference for a calmer environment.
