This course is for all adults that are required to hold a Wood Badge for their role in scouting (the blue modules on the module matrix card (which can be found at http://tinyurl.com/q26nvmr).

21: Growing the Movement Covers ways in which a manager or supporter can help develop the movement and facilitate the growth of scouting in their area.
23: Safety for Managers and Supporters This module aims to cover specific roles, responsibilities and systems for ensuring safe Scouting.
24: Managing Adults This module aims to cover the skills and knowledge required to enable participants to provide effective management of adults.
25: Assessing Learning This module aims to provide the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to effectively support, validate and assess adults in The Scout Association’s adult training scheme, the adventurous activity permit scheme, nights away permit scheme and the scout show national recognition scheme.
26: Supporting Adults This module aims to cover the skills and knowledge required to enable supporters to provide effective support to adults in sections.
