Business growth is what you should strive for… as long as you’re ready for it.
In this energising Zoom Dive, we’re joined by Yemisi Mokuolu, founder of Hatch Ideas and a powerhouse business advisor for creatives, to explore what sustainable growth really looks like. Spoiler: it’s not about scaling fast or hiring big. It’s about building a business that actually works – for you.
Yemisi will share her “blueprint” approach to business growth, rooted in 20+ years of experience helping creative entrepreneurs get their house in order. From marketing to client retention, she’ll show you how to tighten up your systems, spot the gaps, and grow with intention – not overwhelm.
A successful creative business isn’t just about hustle. It’s about clarity, confidence, and control.
Expect to hear:
- Why “bigger” isn’t always better – and what “better” actually looks like.
- How to run a business like a system, even if you’re a one-person show.
- The most common holes in creative businesses – and how to fix them.
- How to create your own business blueprint (and why it matters).
- The link between strong business systems and resilience.
- Real-world examples from Yemisi’s coaching and consultancy work.
Who this Zoom Dive is for:
Creative entrepreneurs who are already running a business and want to grow – smarter, not just faster. If you’re ready to streamline your operations, strengthen your foundations, and build a business that lasts, this one’s for you.
