Krissy Matthews is a British Norwegian blues rock artist.
He has performed well over 1000 shows across the world in some of the world’s most prestigious venues including Ronnie Scott's and Loreley.
At 12 years old he performed with John Mayall sharing an amp with the legend of Peter Green. At 15 he received career advice from the great BB King and at 16 was the last musician to play with the amazing Jeff Healey in UK.
Him and his band have shared the stage with some of the biggest names in music such as Toto, Gregg Allman, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Joe Bonamassa, Joe Satriani and Beth Hart.
Krissy is signed to Ruf Records and in Spring 2024 released his very critically acclaimed album Krissy Matthews and Friends which is a collaboration with 80 musicians lasting over 3 hours.
Guests on the record include Paul Jones, Clawfinger, Chris Farlowe, Arthur Brown, Dennis Chambers and many more.
It was top of the Amazon Blues Charts for two months, received multiple radio plays and top reviews including a 9/10 highlight album in the biggest British rock magazine Classic Rock and last in Summer 2024 was the front cover feature artist in Bluesnews Germany amongst many more.
