BLX25 - My Turn - exhibition by Holly Oluwo

"My Turn" showcases the latest original collage works of the Holly Oluwo, alongside a new series of vases and prints. These pieces explore themes of anatomy, identity, and resilience, utilizing layered newspaper textures that function both as material and message. The work reflects on the inequalities present in UK healthcare, particularly concerning the lived experiences of Black women, and invites viewers into a space where art serves as both personal expression and social commentary.
