Tickets for same day are not sold on line. All entry tickets and Grandstands tickets are available to buy at the door (Sunday Grandstands tickets are now sold out).
Parking tickets are not available, however the BMW car park is available for BMW / MINI car owners.
Day entry tickets at the gate are around £5 higher than online purchase.
When will I receive my tickets?
Please note that all entry tickets ordered before 13 May will be dispatched prior to the event. All entry tickets ordered after 13 May will be e-tickets.
All hospitality orders placed after the 17 May will be for collection at the box office
No car parking will be available to purchase after Wed the 17 May

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Junior Admission: Under 16's are admitted free of charge when accompanied by an adult on all days.
Concession Tickets: These are available for customer who are aged 60 and over, and for registered disbaled customers only
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The Park and Ride system will again be in operation. Further details can be found below:

On site car parking is only available by booking in advance in conjunction with the purchase of advance tickets and can be booked below.
All BMW and MINI owners have free on site parking and no reservation is needed. Please follow signs for BMW Owners to your preferential car park. Please also note that your BMW/MINI key fob will allow you entry to the BMW Owners' Lounge as well as a grandstand at the 14th hole.
Grandstand Seats:
Please note that reserved seating in the magnificent 18th green grandstand, previously limited to the weekend only, will be available for pre-booking over all four days of the Championship in 2016. Thursday and Friday tickets are priced at £11.50, rising to £16.50 for Saturday and £21.50 on Sunday. This limited Reserved Seating is also available on a first come, first served basis. Please note that all customers (including those under 16) who occupy a seat will require to purchase a grandstand seat.
What can/can't I bring to the event?

No picnics / picnic hampers allowed
The use of mobile phones is permitted but restricted to dedicated areas only, where event signage will refer to them as “mobile phone zones”. Only in these dedicated areas can calls be made or received, however
phones must remain on silent at all times.
The use of any cameras, computers and other electronic equipment at the Tournament Thursday to Sunday is not permitted other than with the proper accreditation.Cameras are allowed during the Pro Ams on Wednesday.
Making or distributing broadcasts, commentary, news reports, data, results or statistics by any means
in any format or media including any such by mobile phone or other wireless device is not permitted.
Ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded at the Tournament (including by
CCTV), and consent to use of any such film, image or recording at the discretion of the promoter and/
or European Tour and their licensees and partners without compensation or notice.
No dogs (other than guide dogs) or other animals are permitted on the course.
All promotional, commercial, political, religious or offensive items of whatever nature including, but
not limited to, clothing, banners, signs, symbols and leaflets are prohibited.
The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, signs, safety announcements, directions of
stewards and ground regulations whilst attending the Tournament. Breach of any of these conditions
or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable the venue or
event management to revoke this ticket and to eject the holder without compensation.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Tickets are non transferable. Any transfer of this ticket will render it void.
The ticket remains the property of the Tournament at all times.
Can I update my registration information?
You can update registration prior to arrival at venue
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Printed tickets must be brought to the venue. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets cannot be replaced
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non refundable including in the event of curtailment or cancellation through adverse weather.
