Autographs at the BMW PGA Championship Pro-Am (Wednesday 23rd May 2018)

To prevent a recurrence of issues we have experienced at the BMW PGA Championship Pro-Am in previous years, in order to ensure that the pace of play during the Pro-Am is maintained and to facilitate the signing of autographs and the taking of selfies for personal, non-commercial use only, Ticket Holders will be required to present bags for inspection at the entry points to the venue and may also be requested to do so at any time whilst within the venue. Bags containing multiple items of clothing, headwear or other articles (or the items themselves) intended (in the reasonable opinion of an Authorised Person (as defined in the Ground Regulations)) to be presented for autographs shall be required to be disposed of prior to entry or returned to the Ticket Holder’s vehicle (whether in one of the venue car parks or at a park & ride site). Any Ticket Holder who refuses to comply with the reasonable request of any Authorised Person shall be refused entry to or ejected from the venue and not readmitted. For all purposes, any autograph/selfie “host” accompanying any Pro-Am group around the course is an Authorised Person. The foregoing supplements, to such an extent as may be necessary, the ticket terms and conditions and Ground Regulations in relation to the BMW PGA Championship 2018.
