TENT & MOBILE HOME - PITCH BOOKINGS
Welcome to the Cumbernauld Centurions Booking Page for Rounds 5 & 6 of the British Cycling BMX Nationals 2017! Here you can book a tent/motorhome pitch tickets. Both tents and motorhomes will be in the same area this year. PLEASE NOTE THE FACILITIES HAVE BEEN MOVED TO THE LOCAL SCHOOL THIS YEAR NEXT TO THE OLD BMX TRACK WHERE THE CAR PARKING NORMALLY IS.
PITCHES FOR BOTH TENTS AND CAMPERVANS WILL BE ON AN ASH FOOTBALL PITCH ONLY!!
DUE TO EXAMS BEING HELD AT THE SCHOOL NO ENTRY WILL BE GIVEN UNTIL 4:30PM ON THE FRIDAY. YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY IF YOU ARRIVE EARLIER THAN THIS!

CAMPING & MOBILE HOME/CARAVAN PITCH BOOKINGS
Arrival date: Friday 26th May.
Arrival times: 4:30pm - 10.00pm. No late arrivals after 10pm will be permitted
Departure: Pitches must be vacated by 6.00pm on Sunday.
Please note the following Information carefully before booking:
a. Pitches are available from 4:30pm on Friday. No earlier entries will be permitted and you will be turned away as exams are ongoing at the School that day.
b. No late arrivals after 10pm.
c. Admission to the site is at the discretion of the Operations Manager or; in their absence, another Broadwood Staff team member.
d. On arrival the Customers should follow the directions of the Stewards who will direct them to their pitch.
e. No motorised vehicles on site i.e. Mini motos/pit bikes etc.
a. Guests must produce their printed booking conformation on arrival, this must be displayed inside the vehicle windscreen at all times. Any vehicle not displaying a printed booking will not be permitted access.
b. In the event of poor ground conditions a pitch may not be available. The operations manager will endeavour to advise the customer in advance should this occur but no responsibility can be accepted if this is not possible.
c. Customers must familiarise themselves with the site’s fire regulations and firefighting equipment and its location as soon as they arrive on site.
d. Broadwood and the School has a non-smoking policy
a. On arrival you will be directed to your pitch by one of our Campsite Stewards. Customers are therefore required to abide by the guidance given when pitching.
b. Units excluding guy ropes must be 6m apart from adjacent units. This is a precaution against fire.
c. It is a requirement that the unit (along with any ancillary equipment) fits within the confines of the pitch whilst maintaining the 6m rule. If this cannot be achieved the Customer may be required to purchase an additional pitch (if available) or remove the ancillary equipment.
d. All guests must ensure the roadway is kept clear for emergency vehicles at all times.
e. There are no electrical hook up points on site.
f. Vehicles must be parked between units, leaving 3m clear space.
a. It is important for Customers to respect Broadwood and the School by working in harmony with neighbours, the local community, the environment and by observing and respecting each other’s privacy. Maintaining high standards at Broadwood is of paramount importance and your involvement is fundamental to our success. Any person filing to comply with a request from Broadwood staff, or in breach of terms and conditions will be removed from site. Abusive comments to staff will NOT be tolerated.
b. In certain circumstances customers may be required to change pitch or take down gazebos or awnings during their stay. If this is required a full explanation will be offered and a Broadwood team member will advise accordingly.
i. Non gas fired barbeques are not permitted within Broadwood. Gas barbeques are only permitted on the grass.
ii. Campfires are not permitted..
With the exception of guide dogs and other assistance dogs, pets are not allowed in the tented camping area. Well behaved dogs are allowed in the Motorhome/Caravan area but owners must be responsible for them at all times. No dogs are permitted within the BMX track compound as outlined by the green fence.
f. Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times so as not to disturb the enjoyment of others.
g. The site will be closed from 11pm to 7am during which time noise should be kept to a minimum.
h. No music may be played after 8pm
i. Generators may be used at the discretion of the operations manager only. All generators must be turned off between 11pm to 7am. Customers may be asked to refrain from using them if they cause a disturbance.
j. Servicing chemical toilets must only be done at a Chemical Disposal Point, using water from that source.
k. Rubbish should be recycled wherever possible at designated points
l. Drinking water is available from the taps located outside the changing rooms, please be aware that this is some distance from the camping area.
m. Children. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure children are supervised at all times, whilst on site. All rules relating to use of Broadwood facilities for young people will apply.
n. Vehicle movement between 11pm and 7am is only allowed by escort with a member of the Broadwood team. A vehicle speed of no more than 5mph will be observed. Essential repairs can be carried out so that an unserviceable vehicle can leave site, however, general maintenance and servicing is not allowed.
a. Pitches must be vacated by 6.00pm on Sunday.
b. Pitches must be left clean and tidy on departure.
c. Any cause for complaint must in the first instance be addressed with a member of the Broadwood team.
d. If you wish to leave the facility prior to the end of the event permission must be granted by Broadwood staff for escorted access.
Broadwood accepts no responsibility whatsoever for loss or damage to persons or property arising out of the use of a site or its facilities.
Refund, cancellation and amendment policy
a. Advance booking only.
b. Cancelling your booking. You cannot cancel your booking through this website, please do this directly with Cumbernauld Centurions via www.cbmxc.com. If you cancel the booking more than seven days before it is due to start, we will refund your fee in full.
c. If you leave the site early for any reason we will keep any unused fees and you will not be entitled to a refund.
d. Sites with unsuitable camping conditions. If adverse circumstances, for example flooding, result in Broadwood cancelling your booking at any time, a full refund of your deposit or unused camping fees will be made.
