Description
BMXercise is a variable cycling fitness programme based around BMX Track training and designed for women. It is a naturally immersive fitness experience, working on aerobic exercise, core strength, balance and co-ordination.
This session is open to all
All equipment will be provided at the track including bikes, helmets and pads. We just ask that you wear long sleeves and trousers or leggings.
