Description

BMXercise is a variable cycling fitness programme based around BMX Track training and designed for women. It is a naturally immersive fitness experience, working on aerobic exercise, core strength, balance and co-ordination.

This block of sessions is for those who have previous experience BMXing - if you are a beginner and would like to give it a try, we also run a drop in session immediately after this.

All equipment will be provided at the track including bikes, helmets and pads. We just ask that you wear long sleeves and trousers or leggings.

We will now be meeting at the track for this session rather than at the containers.
