About this event

Welcome to our BNT Summer Picnic Playdate! Join us for a summer picnic, bring your nanny kids, our own kids or come on your day off.

Join us for some fun sports games, drinks and snacks! Let your kids have a fun playdate whilst you get to catch up with some wonderful childcare professionals.

When? Friday 22nd August 2025 9.30am-12pm

Where? Hyde Park (Specific location will be emailed once you purchase a ticket)

Spend time with our fun and vibrant community and hopefully enjoy some sunshine!

If you are bringing children, please make sure to let us know in the order form how many you are bringing. They do not need their own ticket, they're free with an adult.

REFUND AND TICKET TRANSFER DISCLAIMER- We do not allow ticket transfers, if you can no longer make an event please request a ticket cancellation from your order confirmation email or email Shada at info@bntcommunity.com at your earliest inconvenience. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 8 days prior to the event. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 7 days or less of the event date.

What is BNT Community CIC?

Belonging Nurture Thrive (BNT) Community CIC is a not for profit that hosts NannyCON our annual CPD Childcare and Wellness Conference every April and our monthly wellbeing events for early years professionals and domestic workers to connect. Good vibes, positive energy and great connections.

How can I contact the event organizers if I have any questions?

I can no longer make it. How do I cancel my ticket?

If you wish to cancel your ticket please email Shada at info@bntcommunity.com with your full name and the event you signed up for. Cancelling your ticket less than 8 days before an event you are agreeing to lose your non refundable deposit (for paid events). All donated tickets are non refundable

What is the refund policy for BNT Community events?

Cancel at the earliest inconvenience ie as soon as you know you can't make it. For paid ticketed events a deposit is required to secure your spot. We refund all paid tickets up to 10 days before a paid event. Please note deposits will not be refunded if you cancel after 10 days as we incur a fee.

Are there any age restrictions for attending BNT Community events?

All our events require adults 18+. Occasionally we may hold events that children can attend, and these will be clearly stated, and all children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

Can my ticket be transferred to someone else if I can no longer make the event?

No, we ask that you cancel your ticket at the earliest inconvenience when you are aware you will no longer be able to attend as unfortunately we cannot transfer tickets.

When will the meeting point location be sent to us for Wellbeing Walks?

We send out meeting point location details 2 DAYS before the walks for safety and safeguarding reasons. All information is sent via email so mark our emails as SAFE, so we do not end up on your spam folders.

Can children come to this event?

Yes, all children are welcome.

Why do we have to pay a donation?

We ask for a donation to ensure the continued accessibility and quality of our events. We are a not for profit community interest company, meaning any surplus we generate is reinvested directly back into our community initiatives. These donations help us cover essential costs to keep hosting events
