BNT Wellbeing Walk- Hackney Marshes

If you have a question about our events you can send our admin assistant Sezzy an email at sezzy@bntcommunity.com. For urgent queries please contact Shada at info@bntcommunity.com. We aim to respond to your emails within 2-12 hours, however during busy periods it may take up to 48 hours for a reply.

If you wish to cancel your ticket please email Shada at info@bntcommunity.com with your full name and the event you signed up for. By cancelling your ticket less than 7 days before an event you are agreeing to lose your nonrefundable deposit.

For paid ticketed events a deposit is required to secure your spot. We refund all paid tickets up to 8 days before an event. Please note your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your ticket less than 7 days before an event. To request a refund email Shada at info@bntcommunity.com.

All our events require adults 18+. Occasionally we may hold events that children can attend, and these will be clearly stated, and all children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

No, we ask that you cancel your ticket at the earliest inconvenience when you are aware you will no longer be able to attend as unfortunately we cannot transfer tickets.

BNT Community Events are for career professionals working in the childcare, education, early years or domestic worker sector. We also are open for others who do not fit this criteria to come and join us too. Whether you're a BNT member or just interested in connecting with like-minded individuals.

We send out meeting point location details 48 hours before the walks for safety and safeguarding reasons. All information is sent via email so mark our emails as SAFE, so we do not end up on your spam folders.

To get access to our support group attend at least once BNT event. Once you do this, please email your number to Shada at info@bntcommunity.com. She will send you a confidentiality disclaimer that you MUST agree to. Then you will have access to our support network on Whatsapp.

For free events you will need to cancel your order as soon as you are aware that you cannot make the event anymore. To cancel your order email Shada at info@bntcommunity.com at your earliest convenience or at least 8 days before the event.
