Event description
Fish and chips and an evening of entertainment in the dry dock at Tooley's. Along with supper there will be a plethora of music and more!

About this Event

As part of this year's Theatre in the Dock (the 10th year) we holding a Boater's Bash - fish and chips, a licensed bar and a plethora of entertainment from such local and waterway acclaimed musicians as the idle women trio, Phil Underwood and the Boat Doctors.

And it's 80 years since Tom Rolt set off on his famous voyage on Cressy that led to the publication of Narrowboat ; the formation of the IWA and the campaigning to save the canals from closure. So we might raise a glass to him as well!

Tickets are £12 (£6 for children under 12): you can reserve here to pay on the door or pop into the shop and buy there. And there is only space for around 45 in the dock, so book soon!

Alternatives to fish can be ordered, please message us with any dietary requirements.

Children are welcome (half price or less depending on age) and you don't have to own a boat, just be a boater at heart!

Also appearing in the dock are Heather Wastie and Kate Saffin with Alarum Theatre's new double bill Acts of Abandon. That's on Friday Oct 4th, free entry and Pay What You Can and you can reserve your seat for that here:
