Frequently asked questions
We're feeders here at Bobbin. We source all of the food for our events from neighbouring restaurants and cafes: Breakfast wraps. Oat pots (including vegan options). Hot pastries baked fresh right beneath us. Fruit for the goody-goodies. You won't go hungry.
We take coffee very seriously. Our coffee is roasted 100m away, on the other side of the River Wandle, by our friends at Alchemy and brewed fresh in our percolator. You will never see a sachet of Nescafe Decaf anywhere near our events.
Unfortunately, we can't 100% guarantee the food or drink will be free of any allergens.
Every attendee who agrees to be included in our event guestlist when booking will be sent a guestlist including names and email addresses immediately after the event so you can carry on your conversations alongside lots of other bonus material!
If we are able to resell your ticket, absolutely! If not, however, we will not be able to refund your ticket.
In the super unlikely event we have to cancel the event, we will refund you 100% of the money paid.

There is NO parking onsite (permit holders only) but plenty available just a one-minute walk away here: https://goo.gl/maps/6JpiYn6c18mk . Parking is free for the first two hours, just make sure you enter your registration on the payment machines!
Sadly not. We're situated in a historic textile mill which, whilst beautiful and we love it dearly, is frustratingly behind the times in regards to access. The only access to the event is via staircases of 15+ steps.
