This same workshop will be offered on two dates so you can choose whichever one suits you best!

🗓️ Dates & Times:

  • Saturday 8 November 2025, 1:00 PM
  • Saturday 15 November 2025, 3:00 PM

📍 Location: The wonderful GalPals Collective, Douglas, Isle of Man

🗣️ Led by: Dr Beth Godwin, Clinical Psychologist at Life for every Body

From corsets to Kardashians, body “ideals” have changed a lot, but the pressure to look a certain way hasn’t gone anywhere.
Together we’ll take a light-hearted but thought-provoking look at how diet culture and media have shaped the way we see ourselves, and how we can start to break free.

This is a female-only event and a safe, welcoming space for open discussion, reflection, and a little laughter too.

Come along, share your thoughts, and let’s call BS on body trends, because bodies aren’t trends, and every body matters.
