Designed for 16+ and all fitness levels, this session combines gentle movement, mindfulness, and breathing techniques to reduce stress, boost focus, and promote overall well-being.
Join me for a calming experience that nurtures your mind and body — no previous experience necessary. Come as you are and leave feeling more balanced and refreshed!
🧘♀️What to Expect:
- A warm, welcoming environment
- Gentle stretches and mindful movement
- Guided breathing and relaxation exercises
- Learn breathing techniques that you can then use in your every day life and share with your loved ones
- Mindfulness activities such as body scans and visualisation
- Time to unwind and leave feeling refreshed and centered
🧘♀️What you will need to bring:
- Loose and comfortable clothing
- A mat/towel or anything to sit/lay on
- A pillow if you need one to relax your head during the mindfullness part of the session
- A willingness to breathe and relax
