About this event

Generation CashBack has created a short (10 mins) tutorial film to introduce you and your groups to Body Percussion! Marcus from Oi Musica shows how ANYONE can have fun with body percussion.

This dynamic, fun tutorial film will enable you to get moving, get creative and learn some simple rhythms using your own body as your musical instrument! Body Percussion activities are good to share with the young people you work with or maybe even with your staff team. The activities work well for both online and face to face delivery and you don’t need any equipment. You can use body percussion activities as energisers or longer workshops with young people depending on interest but be warned...it’s infectious!

We would like to capture how useful these tutorial films are for yourself and young people so that we can demonstrate impact for our funders and hopefully provide more opportunities in the future! By signing up for the free Body Percussion film you are agreeing to provide reporting data for the group overall and from individual young people where possible. We will send you these simple reporting forms in due course.

This film is funded by CashBack for Communities for Youth Scotland member groups. Our funding supports training to be delivered to Residents of Scotland only.

Please be aware of any risks associated with the environment you'll be working in. Your own organisation's Health and Safety policy and any other relevant policies should be followed.
