Body Song is the space for your body to move. For you to shed the layers that hold you back and express the truth of who you are. Shame free, full expression.

We start with a somatic process crafted for your body and heart to feel. We follow with an ecstatic dance to bring it all through, all parts of yourself get a chance to express. In this class, your soma, heart, and soul will find transformation. The effect of this is wholesale and ripple into your life.

You know what you're feeling. You are transforming your pain. You are connected to yourself. You negotiate the relationships you have with the world with loving intentions. Your creativity is at an all-time high. You are in tune with yourself. Your cyclical nature is honored. Your voice is reclaimed and your body is yours.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have my camera on?

- No, we encourage non perfomative movement and a closeness with yourself. Once we have validated your identity, you are free to move camera on or off - it is your choice.

Do I need to be a good dancer?

-No. You will be invited to move however your body needs/wants to move. There are no choreographed steps, no right or wrong ways to move. Bodies of all shapes, sizes, colours, identities are invited to move in this space.
