At Treehouse Hotel, London, which is stylish, but not stuffy, with a playful, contemporary vibe, you will spend the day surrounded by like-minded women, all driven and ambitious like you.

Working in a private room, the morning will focus on confidence-boosting exercises that silence self-doubt and build the courage to take action. You will be invited to take part in a mini photo shoot, in the gorgeous lounge area filled with natural light and lots of plants. Afterwards you will be gifted an image of your choice.

Lunch will be a delicious Cali-Mexican where you will have time to chat to the other brilliant women who have taken a day out of their business to work on it. The long lasting power of connecting with these women is phenomenal and this is where collaborations are created.

In the afternoon, you will gain super clarity on what you want to achieve before the year end and then create your personalised Q4 plan, broken down into simple baby steps, so the overwhelm doesn't appear and things get done.

Meet Becky Loto – also known as Bossy Becky – a bold, straight-talking entrepreneur with 30+ years of international business experience.

Becky founded three businesses in Mexico, including two six-figure ones; an underwater videography company and an estate agency, before bringing her passion and expertise back to the UK. Today, she runs two thriving ventures: a property investment company and Tides Business, where she empowers ambitious business women to have with clarity and confidence, so they can make more money and have more free time to do the fun things.

In her free time she loves going to the beach (surfing or paddle boarding), eating good food, drinking ice cold bubbles or a dark and stormy, and being with her amazing teenage daughter and handsome Argentinian husband.
