I have health issues, can I join?

Yes, absolutely. You will be required to complete a health questionnaire form. It will be your responsibility to work with and listen to your body. The instructors will adapt moves to support. The class will hopefully you to feel good!

I don't have any dance experience, is the for me?

Absolutely yes!!!! This is open to all levels and is about connecting with your body and enjoying dance!

Do I need to prepare or bring anything on the day?

Please bring a bottle of water with you and wear comfortable clothing you can move in and layers to allow for different body temperatures. There is warm up and cool down involved in the classes
